Refunds
How to get your money back
Every OwlPrompter purchase is billed by Apple or Google, never by us. That means they hold the money and they issue the refund — but the process is short, and this page walks it.
Before you ask for one
If Pro is not working the way you expected, tell us first — most refund requests we hear about are a permission that was never granted or a purchase that needs restoring, and both take a minute to fix. If we cannot fix it, we will say so and point you here.
If you are still in the free trial
Both subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged, so there is nothing to refund. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the trial — you keep Pro until then.
App Store (iPhone and iPad)
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you bought with.
- Choose the OwlPrompter purchase, pick a reason, and submit.
- Apple decides the outcome and emails you, usually within a few days.
Google Play (Android)
- Open your Google Play order history.
- Find the OwlPrompter order and choose Request a refund or Report a problem.
- Google refunds most requests made within 48 hours automatically; later ones are reviewed.
Your statutory rights
If you bought as a consumer in the EU, the UK, Turkey or another jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal period, those rights apply on top of anything above and are not affected by the stores' own policies. Digital content is often excluded once you start using it, but where the right applies you can exercise it — contact us and we will help you route the request to the right place.
Lifetime purchases
The lifetime option is a one-time purchase, so there is no renewal to cancel. Refunds for it follow exactly the same store process as the subscriptions.
Talk to us
Email support@techinn.solutions if any of the above does not go the way it should. We cannot issue the refund ourselves, but we can tell you what happened and back you up with the store.
This page explains how refunds work in practice. It is not the contract — see the Terms of Use.
